1. Eligibility

Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1General Bonus Policy

4.2Wagering Requirements

6.2Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

7. Intellectual Property
7.1Ownership of Platform Content
All content on the bn8 platform — including but not limited to the site design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and any other material — is the intellectual property of bn8 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any of this intellectual property. 7.2Third-Party Game Content

9. Amendments and Termination

9.2Account Closure by the Player

Upon closure, any remaining balance in the account (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. 9.3Termination by bn8
